The use of satellite imagery is a tool that over the last few years has contributed to the management of agricultural areas. In this context, the objective was to determine and monitor the dynamics of biophysical parameters in the irrigated coconut orchard in the Brazilian semi-arid region, using remote sensing techniques using orbital images from LANDSAT 8. Evaluating the biophysical parameters; albedo, NDVI, IAF, and Ts. Processing was performed by the METRIC algorithm. All estimates of biophysical parameters were evaluated using descriptive statistics using the main measures of position and dispersion, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The determination of albedo, leaf area indices and surface temperature from the Landsat 8 satellite image, allowed the detection of the influence of management, seasonality and loads of correlations between the biophysical parameters in the coconut crop. Being a promising technique in the management of agricultural areas, reducing cost and time, helping in decision making.
