The micro-region of Zyban has been a cradle of ancient civilizations for centuries, brimming with heritage and archaeological potential of both national and universal significance. Unfortunately, the historical sites in this area are currently facing an inevitable process of degradation and disappearance. By harnessing historical predictive modeling, we can pinpoint the locations of these vital sites while bypassing the time-consuming traditional methods. The principal objectives of this paper revolve around the development of a Geographic Information System-based Multi-Criteria Analysis approach utilizing Geospatial Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution and the Analytic Hierarchy Process methods to predict the locations of urban heritage. In our case study, we leveraged data from six well-known Ksar locations to construct our model. The results of our analysis reveal that 66.66% of the Ksours are situated in areas of very high potential, encompassing a mere 1.91% of the total area. This model's capacity to predict site locations with a high degree of accuracy is evident in the model gain, which stands at an impressive 96%, signifying its robust predictive capabilities.
