Authors' objectives: This health technology assessment examines the effectiveness, safety, and cost-effectiveness of a structured education and neuromuscular exercise program for the management of osteoarthritis of the hip and/or knee. It also assesses the budget impact of publicly funding such a program in Ontario and examines the experiences of people with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis and their perspectives on treatment options, including a structured education and neuromuscular exercise program.
