The purpose of the evaluation is twofold: firstly, to contribute to improving the performance and results of the national stunting reduction programme; and secondly, to generate evidence and learning to guide effective action towards the sustainable reduction of stunting in the coming years. The evaluation will generate learning on effective approaches – including use of upstream policy work, multi-sectoral engagement, coordination and partnerships, and key interventions required to reduce stunting in various contexts.
