Health care providers and systems use a vast array of implementation strategies, defined as "methods or techniques used to enhance the adoption, implementation, and sustainability of a clinical program or practice," to promote evidence-based health care practices. In this document, we summarize the findings of a review to identify which of these implementation strategies are supported by evidence.
