2022年10月18-20日,由循证社会科学国际学术组织Campbell协作网主办的国际循证社会科学学术盛会—What Works Global Summit 2022(WWGS 2022)成功在线召开,来自58个国家的1209位代表参加了大会。兰州大学循证社会科学交叉创新实验室承担了部分会议组织筹备工作,30人次在大会作口头汇报、51篇壁报在大会进行交流和展示,杨克虎教授、王学军教授、Howard White教授、周文杰教授、田金徽教授、陈耀龙教授、马彬教授、李秀霞副教授、葛龙研究员、宋旭萍老师及有关师生全程参加了此次盛会,并主办了“Evidence-based social science in China”专题论坛。

WWGS2022的主题为“Recovery and resilience in crisis”,会议设有3个全体会议、1个特别会议、10个平行会议和40个专题论坛,13个大会报告和200个口头报告覆盖了老龄化、商业与管理、儿童和青少年福利、气候变化、犯罪与正义、残疾、教育、国际发展(包括营养和粮食安全)、社会福利、知识转化与实施、机器学习、证据图谱、信息检索与证据综合方法、影响评估与证据综合创新、将证据转化为政策一证据应对社会挑战等循证社会科学的多个领域。

WWGS2022是兰州大学循证社会科学交叉创新实验室成立以来首次组团参加的循证社会科学领域国际顶级学术盛会,王学军教授、周文杰教授、Howard White教授以及博士研究生郭丽萍、李美萱、玉炫、李艳飞,硕士研究生秦钰、赵亮、韩云则、周丽营、王玲等23人做了30个口头报告,51篇研究成果以壁报形式进行了交流(见“兰州大学循证社会科学交叉创新实验室WWGS 2022交流论文一览表”)。不论是参会人数,还是口头报告和壁报交流数量,兰州大学都是国内外所有参会单位和机构中最多的,硕士研究生郑卿勇的壁报“Comparative safety of multiple doses of erythropoietin for the treatment of traumatic braininjury:A systematic review and network meta-analysis”在大会评选的关注度最高壁报中排名第二,得到大会的一致好评。

2022年10月19日,由兰州大学循证社会科学交叉创新实验室主办的“Evidence-based socialscience in China”专题论坛作为WWGS2022的重要分会场如期举行,实验室陈耀龙教授和兰州大学特聘外籍教授Howard White联合主持了专题论坛,Campbell协作网首席执行官、Campbell Library总主编Vivian A Welch教授亲临会场并参加研讨。Campbell协作网前CEO、全球证据委员会委员、兰州大学特聘外籍教授Howard White,全球证据委员会委员何景玲教授,中国Campbel联盟秘书长、南京理工大学拜争刚教授,兰州大学王学军教授、博士研究生玉炫、硕士研究生周丽营等分别围绕中国循证社会科学研究的未来展望、全球证据委员会报告对中国的意义和价值、Campbell中国联盟的发展和面临挑战、循证治理的重要性及其未来发展、中国循证决策生态系统建设思考、中国循证社会科学领域随机对照研究质量调查等主题进行了深入交流和探讨,充分展示了中国循证社会科学发展的现状、所取得成绩、存在问题和未来发展方向,Campbell协作网首席执行官、Campbell Library总主编Vivian A Welch教授等参会者为专题论坛给与了高度评价,并就深化与实验室合作、吸纳兰州大学师生进入Campbell研究小组、协同开展课题研究等达成初步意向。
循证社会科学交叉创新实验室是兰州大学主动对接国家战略、紧抓全球循证社会科学发展前沿而成立的首批哲学社会科学实验室之一。实验室依托于循证医学、公共卫生事业管理、公共管理、区域经济学、计算机科学等多个优势学科,聚焦循证社会科学这一医文工交叉国际前沿学科领域,以“文医交叉、数智赋能、协同创新、证据应用”为理念,以“成为国际一流、国内领先的循证社会科学理论创新中心、人才培养基地和智能决策智库”为建设目标,遵循“坚持基础理论创新、坚持新技术引领、坚持服务于高质量发展”的建设思路,下设循证社会科学理论方法与学科建设、证据集成及智能转化与循证实践及智慧互证三个研究方向,努力打造独具特色的循证社会科学交叉创新研究基地和国际合作发展交流平台,培养循证社会科学创新发展复合型人才,促进我国循证社会科学的学科建设、人才培养、科学研究和学术交流。
