Characterization morphostructural and morphoescultural of cariri paraibano

From the handling geomorphometric variables in a GIS environment, this research used hypsometry, slope, topographic profiles and computer graphics in 2D and 3D, with aims to: identify, map and characterize Morfoesculturas the surface of the Cariri, with a scale of 1:50,000. The Cariri is part of the regional area of the Brazilian semi-arid, with an area of 11,192.01 square kilometers. As a result, this research compartmentalized and discussed the Morphoestructural Unit Depression Intraplanaltica Paraibana or peneplain Granitic. This consists of compartments plans limited by massive remolizados surface of Cariris Old influenced ada cross zone under intrusive Apartments domain. And Morphoesculturais Units: Massive Waste and Depression InterMontana, the first formed by mountains and massive isolated distinct complexes, with a predominance of Litholic Neosols. And the second, characterized by dissected terrain and impediments in intrusive Apartments, with a predominance of Fluvisols. Finally, it is believed that the geomorphometric variables allowed an orbital parametric analysis of geomorphic landscape Cariri, even with the limitations of scale and resolution. This research raises and pioneered subsidize insights and essential counterpoint to a discussion.
